Birthday Cake Oreo Truffles {2 Secret Ingredients}

My sister has been making Oreo balls for a quite a while and I like them.  But also felt like something was missing.  The cream cheese taste was a bit overpowering so I decided to try my own thing.  And what I came up with is amazing!  I used birthday cake Oreos because they are the only Oreos that I will eat plain (I’m not a big fan of the other flavors). They are the best thing ever! I’m slightly addicted to them. I’m sure you already know how good they are since you clicked on this post! Here is my quick and easy recipe for Birthday Cake Oreo Truffles.

Ingredients

Birthday Cake Oreo Truffles {2 Secret Ingredients}. Most Oreo balls have a strong cream cheese taste. But the two secret ingredients in these truffles leave it with a cheesecake flavor. I don't know about you, but cheesecake is much better than cream cheese. Amazing recipe!

  • 1 pack of Birthday Cake Oreos
  • 1 box of cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
  • 1 package milk chocolate and 1 package of white chocolate
  • 1/8 C. cheesecake flavored Jell-O pudding & pie filling
  • 1/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
  • sprinkles

Directions

1.Crush Oreos (don’t take out filling) until fine. You can use a food processor/blender or put them into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

2.Mix the cream cheese, pudding, and sweetened condensed milk separately.

3.Mix the crushed Oreos with the cream cheese mixture.

4.Form into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or pan. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.

5.Melt chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each ball individually into the chocolate and coat.  I used a spoon and it worked fine for me.

6.Set the coated balls back onto the baking sheet and allow the chocolate to harden.

7.Use remaining chocolate to drizzle over the top of the Oreo balls and add sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted. Let harden before eating.

SERVE!

These don’t require baking or any extra work.  Enjoy!
