Face masks are a must if you want beautiful skin and using them is so simple. I prefer making my own face masks compared to store-bought because they never break me out (and my skin in super sensitive). There are so many benefits to using a mask. I love how they increase hydration and help even out my skin tone. Oh, yeah and most of the ingredients in all of these masks are really CHEAP! Here are 10 amazingly easy homemade face masks for radiant skin.

The secret of using turmeric for your skin has finally reached western societies! I swear I had never heard of this spice and overnight everyone was talking about it (or maybe I was living under a rock?). Either way, this mask is awesome and super simple to make.

3.The Ultimate Charcoal Acne Face Mask

The Ultimate Charcoal Acne Face Mask

Charcoal is another ingredient I started using recently and had never heard of using before. Activated charcoal draws bacteria and dirt to the surface, which leaves you with a great complexion. Can’t beat that!

All you need is 1 activated charcoal pill, 1 pump of clear aloe, and 5 drops of tea tree oil. Uncap the charcoal pill and mix ingredients together. Cleanse you face before applying and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

6.Simple DIY Acne Mask

Simple DIY Acne Mask

I have used this mask for a couple of years now and can’t rave about it enough. I use it for my hair and face (I add coconut oil for my hair). People have used bentonite clay for healing their skin for thousands of years.

Mix 2 T. clay and 2 T. raw apple cider vinegar (I recommend Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother). Leave on your skin for 10-20 minutes. Don’t let it get completely hard on your face or it will start to hurt. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

7.Burning Face Mask

Burning Face Mask

All you need for this mask is 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. raw honey, and 2 tsp. fresh lemon. All of these ingredients are so great for your skin. I really love the cinnamon and honey mixture. They both have lots of antioxidants that help restore damage that has been done to your skin from the sun and age.

Mix together and let sit on your face 10-30 minutes. This mask does burn, but should stop after about 5 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

8.Simple Oatmeal Face Mask

Simple Oatmeal Face Mask

Oatmeal and honey are probably the most well-known ingredients that people use on their skin and for good reason. Oatmeal is very soothing for irritated skin and is great for moisturizing.  Most of the masks on this list include honey for a reason.

Mix 3 T. (ground) oatmeal, 2-3 tsp. green tea, 1 tsp. raw honey, and 2-3 drops of tea tree essential oil. Apply to clean skin and leave for 20 minutes. Exfoliate as you rinse (if desired) and pat dry.

I think most people have never used cocoa powder for their beauty routine. I know I had never even heard of it before coming across this mask. Cocoa is wonderful for fighting sun damage and providing anti-aging benefits.

Mix 1 tsp. cocoa powder, 1 tsp. yogurt, and 1 tsp. raw honey. Apply to clean skin and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

10.The 4- Step Face Lift Face Mask

The 4- Step Face Lift Face Mask

Honey, lime or lemon, and an…. egg white?? It might sound funny, but egg whites help tighten, lift, and firm your skin because they contain high amounts of protein and B vitamins.
Wisk 1 egg white, 1 lemon or lime wedge, and 1 spoonful of honey until foamy. Apply to skin and leave on for 20 minutes, or until dry completely. Use cold water to splash off the mask to seal your pores. Pat dry.
